Biography:
In his time at Episcopal, Nate has taught all levels of English; coached football, basketball, and track; lived on dorm as a dorm head on Dalrymple and Hoxton Dorms; and served as academic dean for five years.

Nate currently serves as the Assistant Head for Academics and teaches one upper-level English course each semester – “Individualism in American Literature” and “Whitman, Dickinson, and the American Voice.” Teaching in the boarding school environment for the past 20 years, Nate loves the education that it provides, where the constant interaction between faculty and students in all areas of life creates lasting relationships and meaningful learning experiences.
